Windamere Chateau
Status: Completed
This home designed and built in northern Ohio was completed in 2019. The family was looking build their forever home in this charming family focused neighborhood. We worked to maximize the spaciousness of the home in its generous footprint all while preserving their wish to have intimate individual spaces.

Urban Restoration
This personal project was completed in Central Ohio in 2019. The 1924 home is located in a coveted historic district and the original owners let the home go after many years in a state of disrepair. We worked to renovate the home to better fit a modern lifestyle all while preserving and restoring the original details of the home back to their original charm. In a neighborhood filled with small lots and tight floor plans, we were able to create a home that feels spacious and grand!
Country Cottage
Status: Starting Soon
This home slated to start construction soon is uniquely situated on a large lot next to a wooded area and farm field. The open floor plan is oriented to highlight the entertaining space on the back porch giving the master suite and living areas easy access.

Housing at the Preserve
These series of homes were designed for a housing development near Cleveland, Ohio. With 3 plans, and 4 elevation options for each plan, it gives the customer optimal customization all while giving the 80 lot neighborhood a traditional custom home neighborhood feel.
Coastal Retreat
Status: Completed 2016
This renovation in Cape Cod, Ma was completed in 2016. The original tired condominium was located on a beautiful river and was in desperate need of rejuvenation. Working with a tight budget, we were able to modernize the 80's era condominium with enough to bring it up to date without spending a lot!
Status: Schematic Design
Lakefront Residence
This series of schematic designs were completed in 2018 for a client in western Michigan. The client came to me with the desire to build a custom lake house with no idea where to start. At the start of the process their dream house ranged from high design modern concrete and steel to traditional Victorian. At the end of the schematic design we had found a design style (Modern Farmhouse) that was able to encompass all their wants and gave them a better understanding of the details they wanted to have to take to a local builder.
